Processing and delivery

Estimated processing time is 6–7 weeks before shipment. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. This item is not Quick Ship.

Because this chaise weighs 150 lb., expect freight or final-mile curbside delivery. The customer is responsible for moving the chaise from the delivery point and should plan appropriate help and site access. White-glove delivery is not promised.

The chaise is expected to arrive fully assembled. Confirm access and receiving needs before delivery.

Care

For simple messes, use water with a soft brush or cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a mild household cleaner and an eraser sponge. Use an appropriate calcium-removal product for calcium buildup, following product directions.

Warranty

Covered by Ledge Lounger’s limited patio-furniture warranty: 20 years residential / 10 years commercial for qualifying material defects, subject to official exclusions. Transportation, labor, ordinary wear, fading, misuse, and improper maintenance are not covered.
