Backyard Solstice is a luxury outdoor living store operated by PearsonRaw, LLC in Georgia, United States. We curate premium poolside, patio, dining, shade, and backyard resort products from select suppliers and manufacturers.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States, unless otherwise stated on a product page or during checkout. Some oversized, freight, supplier-direct, or special-order items may have limited delivery availability depending on the destination.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by product, supplier, inventory status, customization, and freight carrier availability. Some items may ship quickly, while others may be made-to-order or require additional processing time.

Any shipping or lead-time information shown on our website is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.

Are lead times guaranteed?

No. Lead times are estimates and may change due to supplier production schedules, freight carrier delays, weather, inventory availability, peak season volume, or other factors outside our control.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes, when tracking becomes available, we will provide tracking or delivery information by email. Some oversized or freight shipments may involve carrier coordination before final delivery.

Do you offer free returns?

No. Backyard Solstice does not promise free returns. Unless a return is approved due to damage, defect, or fulfillment error, the customer is responsible for return freight and any applicable fees.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been submitted to the supplier, entered processing, scheduled for shipment, moved into production, or shipped.

Custom, made-to-order, special-order, oversized, supplier-direct, assembled, used, or final-sale items may not be cancelable once processing has begun.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A description of the issue
  • Any delivery receipt or freight notes, if available

Do not discard the original packaging until the claim is reviewed.

Should I accept a damaged freight delivery?

If there is visible damage to the packaging or product, note the damage clearly on the delivery receipt before signing. If the damage appears severe, contact us immediately before discarding packaging or moving the item.

Are original shipping or freight charges refundable?

No. Original outbound shipping, freight, handling, or delivery costs are non-refundable unless otherwise approved due to a confirmed damage, defect, or fulfillment error.

Are there restocking fees?

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Our policy allows for a 15% restocking fee, depending on the product, supplier requirements, and condition of the returned item.

Are all products returnable?

No. Some items may be non-returnable or require supplier approval, including oversized items, supplier-direct items, custom products, special-order products, made-to-order items, used items, assembled items, and products returned without authorization.

Do products come with a warranty?

Warranty coverage depends on the manufacturer and product. Backyard Solstice helps coordinate warranty requests when applicable, but manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer, not by Backyard Solstice.

Proof of purchase, photos, product details, and a description of the issue may be required.

Do you have a physical showroom?

No. Backyard Solstice is an online luxury outdoor living store. Product details, images, specifications, and support are provided online and by customer service.

Can I order by phone or email?

You may contact us with product questions before placing an order. For security and accuracy, orders should generally be placed through our website checkout unless otherwise arranged.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax may be collected where required by law and will be calculated during checkout.

When should I build or prepare my space for delivery?

We recommend waiting until your order is confirmed and you have clear delivery information before scheduling installers, contractors, events, or final setup. Backyard Solstice is not responsible for costs related to scheduling delays, contractor timing, missed events, or installation appointments.
