Shipping Policy

Backyard Solstice ships premium outdoor furniture and backyard-living products through our supplier and manufacturer partners. Shipping methods vary by product and may include small parcel, LTL freight, or scheduled freight delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are reviewed after payment is received. Once your order is confirmed, it is submitted to the appropriate supplier or manufacturer for fulfillment.

Processing times vary by brand, product, inventory status, and season. Estimated lead times shown on product pages are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Methods

Depending on the item, your order may ship by:

  • Ground parcel carrier
  • LTL freight carrier
  • Manufacturer-arranged freight delivery
  • Vendor-direct shipment

Oversized furniture, fire tables, umbrellas, dining tables, and large outdoor pieces may require freight delivery.

Freight Delivery

For freight deliveries, the carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and email are accurate at checkout.

Freight delivery is typically curbside unless otherwise stated. The carrier may not bring the item inside your home, into your backyard, up stairs, through gates, or into a specific placement area.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible for large trucks.

Delivery Inspection

Please inspect your shipment at delivery.

If packaging appears damaged, crushed, punctured, wet, or otherwise compromised, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Take photos of the packaging and item as soon as possible.

Damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States unless otherwise stated on the product page.

We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes. Some products may not be available for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or remote locations.

Shipping Costs

Some products may include complimentary or free shipping. When free shipping is offered, the cost of outbound freight is included in the product/order economics and is not refundable if the item is returned.

Additional fees may apply for remote delivery areas, address changes, missed delivery appointments, storage, redelivery, or refused shipments.

Lead Times

Lead times vary by product and supplier. Seasonal demand, inventory availability, carrier delays, weather, and manufacturer production schedules may affect delivery timing.

We will provide available tracking or delivery updates once supplied by the vendor or carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and contact information at checkout.

If an order is delayed, returned, rerouted, or charged additional fees because of incorrect information, the customer may be responsible for those costs.
