Customers should inspect packaging before accepting delivery.
Photos are required.
Do not discard packaging.
Backyard Solstice will work with the supplier/freight carrier to review the claim.
Approved damage/defect claims may qualify for replacement parts, replacement product, repair, or another approved resolution.
