How do I know if a product fits my space or pool?
Fit varies by product — pool loungers are built for specific sun shelf depths, and furniture/shade items have their own space and clearance needs. When will my order ship and arrive?
Shipping timelines vary by product and manufacturer. Each product page shows the applicable shipping method and estimated processing or delivery information. Eligible products can be purchased through standard checkout, and complimentary standard shipping is included where stated. Large items may arrive by curbside freight delivery. After your order ships, we’ll provide tracking details as soon as they become available.
How are large furniture orders delivered?
Oversized products generally ship by freight and are delivered curbside unless another service level is approved in writing. The carrier may contact you to arrange an appointment. Curbside delivery does not include inside placement, assembly, unpacking, or packaging removal.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Inspect the shipment before signing. Note visible damage on the delivery receipt or bill of lading, photograph the packaging and product, retain all packaging, and contact support@backyardsolstice.com within 24 hours of delivery.
What is the return or cancellation policy?
Unused, unassembled items in original packaging may typically be returned within 14 days of delivery; return shipping and any applicable restocking fees are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Custom, made-to-order, and certain special-order items are not returnable.
