Shipping and delivery

This set ships by scheduled LTL freight. Complimentary delivery includes residential address, liftgate service, and curbside placement. The carrier will contact you to schedule an appointment.

Curbside means the driver brings the shipment down on a liftgate and places it at the curb or nearest safe accessible point. It does not include carrying cartons into a backyard, unpacking, assembly, or packaging removal. Services beyond residential, liftgate, and curbside can be arranged for an additional charge and must be requested in advance.

Inspect all cartons before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, photograph the packaging, and contact us immediately, within 24 hours of delivery.

Care

Left untreated, teak weathers to a silver-grey patina — normal, and it doesn't affect strength. To keep the honey-brown tone, wash periodically with mild soap and water and apply teak sealer or oil per Anderson Teak's guidance. Avoid leaving standing water pooled on the tabletop.

Warranty

Anderson Teak limited warranty: 2 years residential, 1 year commercial, against manufacturing defects and workmanship. Small cracks in the end grain of wood are a natural characteristic and are not covered.
