What Is Included
- Two leg frames
- One top shelf, three center shelves, and one bottom shelf
- Wood dowels and manufacturer assembly instructions
Not included: towels, baskets, décor, or hammer. The manufacturer instructions use wood glue but do not state that glue is included; plan to supply wood glue for assembly.
Assembly
Assembly is required. The shelves fit into mortises in the two leg frames and are secured with glue and wood dowels. A hammer is required and is not supplied. Follow the included manufacturer instructions.
Teak Care
Before first outdoor use, wipe the teak with a damp cloth to remove remaining wood dust. Clean with mild detergent and water, brush with the wood grain, rinse, and dry. Teak naturally weathers from honey-golden brown to a silver-gray patina without reducing the wood’s durability. The water-based sealer does not make the unit waterproof; avoid prolonged standing water and cover or move it to a sheltered area during severe winter weather.
Warranty
Anderson Teak provides a limited manufacturer warranty to the original retail purchaser for manufacturing defects: two years for residential use and one year for commercial use. Proof of purchase is required. Shipping costs, misuse, improper care, normal aging or color change, wind damage, and acts of nature are excluded.
Processing, Shipping, and Returns
Allow at least 72 hours for supplier processing after order confirmation. Complimentary standard shipping is included for qualifying contiguous-U.S. destinations. Large items may arrive by curbside freight delivery. Inspect all cartons on delivery and report damage, missing items, or incorrect items to Backyard Solstice immediately, within 24 hours of delivery. Retain all packaging while a claim is reviewed. Used, displayed, or assembled merchandise is not accepted for return under the supplier policy. Please review the Backyard Solstice Shipping and Return & Refund policies before ordering. For product defects, contact us within 30 days of purchase; applicable manufacturer warranty periods and rights provided by law remain in effect.
