What is included
One Black Sonos Beam soundbar, power cable, HDMI cable and optical adapter. The television and installation are not included.
Plan your setup
Set up Beam in the Sonos app before using it for TV sound. Review your television’s audio output and the appropriate connection route before installation.
MirageVision declares an IP55 rating for its supplied unit. Plan placement, power and the required audio connection for your own setup.
Warranty and support
MirageVision’s one-year accessory parts-and-labor warranty is subject to its published terms, exclusions and service process. Contact Backyard Solstice for help coordinating the applicable service steps.
Returns and delivery issues
For an eligible change-of-mind return, contact Backyard Solstice within 30 days of delivery. The item must be new, unused, unopened and unassembled, in its original packaging. Obtain our return authorization and instructions before shipping.
Approved change-of-mind returns carry a 20% restocking charge on the item price, plus actual documented return transportation, safe packaging and original outbound shipping costs, including outbound freight included in the purchase price.
For this Black Sonos Beam, the 20% restocking term applies to orders placed on or after November 1, 2026 at 9:03 p.m. EST. Earlier orders retain their purchase-time return terms.
Inspect the shipment promptly and report shipping damage, missing items or an incorrect shipment within 72 hours of delivery. Photograph the issue, shipping label and packaging, and retain the packaging. Approved damage, defect and fulfillment-error remedies do not carry an ordinary restocking charge; Backyard Solstice covers necessary authorized return transportation under our Return and Refund Policy. These reporting instructions do not shorten applicable warranty periods or rights provided by law.
Delivery and personal guidance
Standard residential delivery is included for eligible carrier-served addresses in the contiguous 48 states and Washington, D.C.
Contact Backyard Solstice before ordering for remote, restricted-access or other nonstandard destinations, or for expedited or special services. Eligibility, special arrangements and any additional charge must be agreed before you order. Installation, TV mounting, electrical work and connection labor are not included. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
