Nine feet describes the canopy size, not the overall height. Base, mount, table, furniture and other accessories are separate.

Measure the canopy’s open and closed clearances against your space, furniture and support before ordering. Pole diameter alone does not establish fit. Suggested lounger counts are layout guidance; sun position and spacing affect shade coverage.

Some assembly and secure base or mount installation are required. Follow the instructions supplied with your exact umbrella and support. Close and secure the umbrella when unattended, in strong gusts or during severe weather.

After in-pool use, remove and rinse the umbrella, allow it to dry, then close, strap and store it. Store indoors during adverse weather or winter conditions, following the written warranty’s care requirements.

Remove loose debris and clean with water and a soft cloth. For deeper cleaning, use mild detergent and a soft-bristle brush, rinse thoroughly and allow the canopy to air dry completely. Avoid abrasive cleaners and aggressive pressure washing.

The standard umbrella options listed on this page are eligible for change-of-mind return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, unopened, unassembled and in their original packaging. Contact Backyard Solstice for authorization and shipping instructions before sending anything back.

Approved returns carry a 20% restocking charge on the item price, plus return and original shipping costs, including outbound freight included in the purchase price. Custom or personalized orders are excluded. Approved damage, defect or incorrect-item remedies do not carry an ordinary restocking charge.
