Keep your favorite upright pool seat working with the ledge you have. The Signature Chair Riser lifts a compatible Signature Chair for a deeper-water placement, so the first choice is the measured depth band rather than the color.

Each configuration serves a specific depth range. Measure every intended chair position with the pool at its normal level, then use the table below. If the readings vary or land on a shared boundary, ask us to help match the geometry before ordering.

First Confirm the Exact Chair

This Riser fits the Signature Chair only. It is not designed for the Signature Lowback Chair, Signature Chaise, Signature Chaise Deep, Adjustable Reclining Chaise, or any Autograph model. The Chair itself is sold separately.

Choose the Depth Band

Measure from the flat ledge surface to the waterline with the pool filled to its normal operating level. Measure every intended Chair position—especially near slopes, steps, drains, transitions, or an infinity edge.

Stop at a Boundary—Do Not Round

If the reading falls between 9 and 10 inches, equals 12, 15, or 18 inches, changes across the Riser footprint, or spans two listed bands, do not choose automatically. Small differences matter when the entire job of the product is to establish the correct height and stability.

Exactly What Is Included

Your order includes one Signature Chair Riser in the selected water-depth configuration and resin color. The Signature Chair, pillows, shade, tables, and other pictured accessories are not included.

Color, Setup, and Ownership

Backyard Solstice offers White, Cloud, and Gray. Choose the color that coordinates with the Signature Chair you own or are ordering; the selected depth geometry matters more than appearance.

Assemble and install the Riser according to the manufacturer’s instructions before placing the Chair on it. Confirm that the completed setup sits securely on the intended flat area before use. Do not improvise with blocks, a different chair family, stacked risers, or a neighboring depth model.

The UV20-rated resin is intended for pool and outdoor conditions. For routine cleaning, use water and a soft cloth or brush; remove the product for deeper cleaning and take it out of the water during freezing conditions.

Warranty, Timing, and Returns

The resin construction carries the manufacturer’s 15-year residential and 10-year commercial warranty, subject to its terms. Current manufacturer handling is generally made-to-order and can vary by depth and color; confirm the exact configuration when timing matters.

Inspect every component promptly after delivery and report damage within 72 hours of delivery. Eligible new, unused, unopened items in original packaging may be returned with a request made within 30 days of purchase with prior authorization under our Return & Refund Policy. You pay return freight, original outbound shipping costs and a 20%–30% restocking charge.
