A larger canopy needs the right foundation. This White 150 lb aluminum base arrives pre-filled with concrete and includes fixed wheels for repositioning on a suitable deck or patio. Start with your exact umbrella’s support requirements, not weight alone. The umbrella is sold separately.

Compatibility
Compatible with classic center-pole umbrellas using a 1.5-inch pole, including our 11-foot White Essential auto-tilt umbrella, for which this is our preferred heavier base. The exact canopy and installation still need to be approved; pole diameter alone does not establish compatibility. Not intended for cantilever umbrellas or in-pool placement.

Setup & Safety
Minor setup is required to install the removable stem and secure the umbrella according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Always close the umbrella during severe weather or when left unattended. No umbrella base can guarantee protection from wind-related movement or damage.
