This umbrella can shade an approved in-pool setup or a deck or patio. The difference is what holds it up: use an approved pool mount in the water, or a compatible weighted base on land. A base or mount is sold separately; check the placement and installation requirements below before ordering.

Which umbrella base do you need?

• For the 7.5- or 9-foot umbrella, use the 100 lb White aluminum base as the primary deck or patio route.
• For the 11-foot umbrella, use the 150 lb White aluminum base as the primary deck or patio route.

What Is Included

One White/White Essential umbrella in the canopy size you select. A base, sleeve, mount, furniture, and other accessories are not included.

Placement & Safety

Secure the umbrella with a base or mount appropriate for the selected canopy and placement. For in-pool use, Ledge’s written umbrella warranty requires a flat, level shelf with water no deeper than 16 inches and a pool-certified, professionally installed, fully electrically grounded mount. Confirm that your exact installation meets those requirements.

Close and secure it during severe weather, strong gusts or when unattended. After in-pool use, remove and rinse the umbrella, let it dry, then close, strap and store it. Store indoors during adverse weather or winter conditions, following Ledge’s written care requirements.

Setup

Some assembly and secure base or mount installation are required before use.

Care

For routine cleaning, use water and a soft cloth. For deeper cleaning, use mild detergent and a soft-bristle brush. If pressure washing is used, follow Ledge Lounger’s current guidance: begin at low pressure from at least three feet away and check frequently to avoid damaging the canopy.
