Its shorter, wider proportions create an inviting shared table; measure the width as carefully as the length.

Is This the Right Dining Set for You?

Choose SET-07 when you regularly seat up to six and a shorter table with a generous 47-inch width fits your patio better than a long, narrow layout. Closed, the table is 47 inches round. Extended, it becomes a 67-inch oval while keeping the same 47-inch width. That proportion keeps people oriented toward one another and leaves useful space in the center for shared dishes.

Allow room around the 47-inch-wide tabletop for pulled-out chairs and a walking path. This set includes six chairs. If you regularly host eight or more, compare other outdoor dining configurations before choosing.

Choose for the Way You Actually Gather

Think about how the table will be used most days. Its round closed shape suits a quieter meal; the extension adds length when guests join. Keep the center useful for shared dishes and leave room to move behind occupied chairs.

The Chicago chairs have tall, curved backs that give the setting a traditional, settled character. Two armchairs anchor the ends when the table is extended, while four armless side chairs make the remaining places easier to arrange. The result feels less like a row of seats and more like one shared conversation.

How the Extension Changes the Room

The butterfly leaf stores beneath the tabletop, ready to unfold when you want more table space. The umbrella hole and brass plug are located in the extension leaf, so an umbrella can be used only when the table is fully extended.

Measure the patio using the full 67″ × 47″ extended tabletop—not only the closed size—and add space for chair pullout and circulation. Also measure the route from the curb to the patio, including gates, steps, slopes, and narrow side yards.

SET-07 or the Longer SET-29?

Choose this SET-07 when the shorter 47-to-67-inch length and wider 47-inch top suit your space and serving style. Consider the 79-inch SET-29 when a longer, narrower 39-inch-wide table fits the patio better. Both sets seat six with two armchairs and four side chairs. The real decision is table proportion—not guest count.

Cushions and Shade

The contoured Chicago chairs can be used without cushions. Sunbrella seat cushions are optional and are not included in the set price. Optional cushions are available only with qualifying furniture orders. Contact us before ordering to confirm fit, fabric, quantity, price and timing. Standard shipping includes cushions ordered and shipped together with qualifying furniture to an eligible address.

The table includes an umbrella opening and brass plug, but no umbrella or base. Because the opening is usable only with the table extended, plan shade around the 67-inch layout and confirm umbrella-pole compatibility, clearance, and support before ordering.

Assembly and Curbside Delivery

Assembly is required. Follow the instructions supplied with each component. The published set weight is 265 lb, and the order ships in 7 cartons by scheduled LTL freight (freight class 175). Plan for a clear staging area, a second pair of hands, and a safe way to move the cartons from the curb to the final dining space.

For qualifying contiguous-U.S. destinations, complimentary standard delivery includes a residential appointment, liftgate service, and curbside placement. Inspect all cartons before signing. Note visible damage on the delivery receipt, photograph the packaging, and contact us immediately, within 24 hours of delivery about damage, missing pieces, or an incorrect shipment. Keep the packaging while the order is being inspected or a claim is reviewed.

Living With Solid Teak

The Grade-A solid teak arrives natural, unfinished, and smooth-sanded. Left outdoors untreated, it gradually changes from honey-gold to a silver-grey patina. That change is normal and does not reduce the wood's strength. If keeping the original golden tone matters to you, plan on regular cleaning and maintenance according to the manufacturer's guidance.

Natural variations in color, grain, and texture are part of real teak rather than defects. The table and chairs use mortise-and-tenon joinery and non-marking plastic feet. Avoid leaving teak standing in pooled water for extended periods.

Warranty, Returns, and Before You Commit

Manufacturer limited frame warranty: 2 years for residential use and 1 year for commercial use against manufacturing defects and workmanship. Natural checking, grain variation, and normal weathering are not manufacturing defects.

Eligible standard merchandise follows the return terms above. With a seven-carton dining set, measuring the extended layout and delivery path before ordering is far less expensive than discovering a fit problem after delivery.
