Cushion & Fabric Overview

Covers have a zipper closure for removal and cleaning. Cushioning will naturally soften somewhat with regular use and conform to the shape of the user over time — this is expected wear, not a defect or loss of quality. Care Guidance

This sofa is not maintenance-free. For the frame: clean with mild soap and water and a soft brush as needed. Left unfinished outdoors, the teak will gradually weather from golden-brown to a silver-gray patina — a normal, expected characteristic of untreated teak, not damage. If you'd rather maintain the original golden color, the manufacturer recommends a teak sealer over teak oil: sealer protects against UV, water, and contaminants and needs reapplying only about once a year, while teak oil is a temporary fix that must be reapplied monthly and can attract mildew or mold if applied unevenly. For the cushions: the Sunbrella covers are stain-resistant and mold/mildew-resistant, and the zipper closure allows for spot cleaning or removal; avoid harsh chemical cleaners on the fabric.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranty: 2 years residential / 1 year commercial against manufacturing defects on the teak frame. Cushions are separately warranted for 1 year against loss of resiliency (some softening and conforming to shape with normal use is expected and not covered).
