For outdoor use in a well-ventilated space. Keep combustible materials at least 60″ from the sides and back and 100″ above the fire pit’s top. Never use beneath overhead combustible construction or in an enclosed area, garage, breezeway or tent.

Assembly required; two people are needed to place the top. Keep the bottom unobstructed for propane drainage. Do not use in a pool or deep sand, move while lit or leave a burning fire unattended.

Clean with mild soap, water and a soft cloth. Do not power-wash or direct a steady stream of water at the electronics. If the base is water-filled for anchoring, drain it before freezing weather or transport. Cover only when fully cooled.

Limited residential warranty: manufacturing defects in the base and stainless-steel burner: 10 years; powder coating and qualifying top/base fading: 3 years; ignition, gas train, electronics and other components: 1 year. Commercial coverage is 5, 2 and 1 years respectively.
